By enrolling in Royal Media Club, the member acknowledges and agrees to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. Participation in the program constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of all rules outlined herein.
Royal Media Club is available to approved Royal Media customers only. Royal Media reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate membership at its sole discretion without prior notice.
Members earn 1 point for every 1 EGP spent on eligible Royal Media products.
Points are calculated based on the net invoice value excluding VAT, discounts, shipping, and service fees, unless otherwise stated.
Points are credited only after full invoice payment is received.
Royal Media reserves the right to review and adjust points in case of accounting discrepancies.
Upon accumulating every 250,000 valid points, the member becomes eligible for a bonus reward valued at 4,000 EGP.

Important Conditions:
All earned points are valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.
Expired points are automatically forfeited without notice.
No compensation will be provided for expired points.
Returned or cancelled invoices will result in automatic deduction of related points.
If bonus eligibility is affected by returns, Royal Media reserves the right to cancel or reverse the bonus.
Points and rewards are strictly personal to the registered account.
Points may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or combined with other accounts.
